Is V-Shape PLATINUM treatment right for me?

V-Shape PLATINUM is not a weight loss treatment. Instead, it combines four advanced technologies to contour the body by targeting stubborn areas that diet and exercise may not effectively address.

The ideal candidate for V-Shape PLATINUM treatments is someone with a Body Mass Index (BMI) under 30 and who falls within Stage 1 or 2 of the Nurnberger-Muller Cellulite Classification.

The Nurnberger-Muller Cellulite Classification Scale

STAGE 1

NO dimpling while the patient is standing or lying down, but the pinch test reveals the “orange peel” appearance.

STAGE 2

“Orange peel” dimpling appears spontaneously when standing up, but NOT when lying down.

STAGE 3

“Orange peel” dimpling appears spontaneously both when standing up AND lying down.

Cancellation / Appointment

A 24-hour notice is REQUIRED for any rescheduling or cancellation of your appointments. If you fail to provide us with a 24-hour notice, if we are unable to contact you, fail to show or cancel within the 24-hour notice, a $25.00 fee will be added to your account or one treatment shall be forfeited from any pre-paid package, including Groupon, Living Social or any other pre-paid packages types.

A Credit Card/Debit Card number must be kept on file and will be charged accordingly. By signing below you acknowledge and agree to these terms. With all TeleHealth appointments, the practitioner will make three attempts in contacting you via the contact information you provided exactly 5 mins apart. If they are unable to contact you, this is considered a less than 24 hr notice cancellation. Please be available at the number you provided the day of your appointment.
